Real-Time Invoice Status Update
Upon successful customer payment, refund, or credit note issuance, the transaction status is instantly communicated by Stripe back to Panther ERP. This automatically closes the corresponding invoice.
In-App Manual Card Payment (MOTO/V-POS)
Panther ERP allows staff to securely capture manual card payments (Mail Order / Telephone Order - MOTO, or Virtual POS) directly against a sales invoice. These payments are processed securely by Stripe and immediately reflected on the invoice, centralising all payment methods.
Transaction ID and Fee Synchronisation
The Stripe Transaction ID, authorisation code, and the processing fee are securely synced and stored on the sales invoice in Panther ERP.
